hopfully you are all doing fine, we apologize coz there was no progress about the case LAHCEN these last days it s due to the weekend. we didnt get any new infgormation or person to contact.

however we just got a feed back from RABAT. the apointement that our member "SAGLIF" had with Mr. Belfqih last friday gave results. the ministry of foreing affaires is officialy working on this problem.

lhamdolah we are glad that we got what we hoped since the begining of this Action, but our action wont stop once Lahcen come back home, we must continue as many members suggessed, maybe as an association (ONG)

we will let you know if there will be any news. and we believe that we are in the right way to find an issue for Lahcen s problem nchallah.


update same day:

the ministry of foreign affaires is waiting for a recent medical certification, where is noticing that lahcen is able to travel, once they got this document, they will send to "alphabeta", a document that allow lahcen to travel, we wont need the permission of the moroccan diplomacy in Australia any more.

I'll urge the hospital staff to issue that medical report as soon as possible.

we contacted the person who was engaged to pay the travel of lahcen, we will see how we can proceed. “saglif” will try to contact the (ONG) of agadir who was angaged to pay the travel too, as you know Sir cherris (nurse) will do the travel also.

our members in casa will apply AMH for any help once lahcen will be in Morocco. Doctors who have been fallowing the processes, can act in this way too.
There is one islamic foundation based in suizerland, who showed its interest. And will certainly help us.

For donations we will act in this way :

· Atlasboy (jaafar usa) who already started the donnation in northern america can keep doing it and be our responsable there.
· Jaafar (Belgique) will collaborate with an association, to centralize the donnation for europ
· Lahcen family will create A bank account for the donnation in Morocco.

We want to centralize the donnation to not wasting money in transfers. Once the donnations will stop every section will transfer the money to lahcen families account in morocco.

Any suggestions and/or criticize are welcome, and will be discussed by all of us.

My only comment, is that priority should be given to pay travel fees for Lahcen and one person, what ever the option would be (normal travel = 1 seat, or stretcher = 6 seats) we are waiting the the doctors final decision on that.
the remaining money can then go then to Lahcen's family.
we will keep track of donations, once we have necessary amount to cover the travel cost, money will be sent by Jaafar/NGO in europe, atlas boy, and may be also from here in PNG directly to the travel agency that will issue the tickets (with full coordination among us so that we send the exact amount needed).
the remaining money goes to Oulad Elhaj family bank account.

the medical repport had been realised and faxed to the moroccan diplomacy in sidney, we will certainly receive the travel document soon inchallah.

we have the confirmation that lahcen will have to travel on "brancard". alphabeta will make an estimation of the travel s cost in this situation. or a travel agency may do it for us

now that some of the guys have finished their exams they will have enough time for this action
